CD Lab AG was established in 1990 and started as a software service company with 4 employees. Since 2002 the headquarters of the company are in Murten, Switzerland. The main product, the WinCan pipe inspection software is developed there and also the worldwide distribution of the software is organized in Murten.
CD Lab AG is the leading supplier for data collection and data management for pipe inspection data. The WinCan software is compatible with all leading camera manufacturers.
WinCan Deutschland GmbH is a subsidiary of CD Lab AG, located in Langenargen at the Lake Constance, Southern Germany. It organizes distribution and support of WinCan in Germany, Austria and all Eastern European countries.
WinCan Europe Ltd was established in 2000 and is located in the south of London (Woking). It organizes distribution and support for the United Kingdom as well as for many territories using UK based (WRC) standards.
Very important are backed up training and a functioning Support, which can provide information and support to our customers and users competently and extensively. Therefore, we provide in Murten several specialists only for this task. In addition, we also employ in our subsidiaries especially qualified professional forces for local training and support. Of course everybody is multilingual and an expert of its work. In addition, we have in all important countries local distributors for training and support. Based on this we are competently represented worldwide in all important time zones. Every one of our partners has full access to our data base and download areas.
